Diy: How to build Nerf Bars

If you had access to a welder, you could use steel square tubing and weld the corners. I would be stronger and easier to get each side to be the same size and shape.

these nerfs would be fine for anyone who is not racing, like said above...

but if you race, spend the money on some real nerf bars. I should take some pics of mine lol, it's time for a new set.. when racing they come in contact with other quads almost ever moto you race...

I AGREE!!!! Ihave raced for about five or six years and I always have had my bars getting run into and sometimes run up onto...that sux. Buying good bars or atleast knowing how to fab well with a mandrel bender and a good welder is deffinately a good idea.I:I
