CRA - Fair Racing in Ohio

Anyone belong to the CRA or race in Ohio? I'm thinking of joining and have some questions about the rules. The Rule book says something about no more than 4" of rear travel and no remote ressie. Is this right? If anyone races there blasty in CRA please let me know.

You must be looking at some old rules or running in the vintage class. That is the only rule that would apply to the travel and rezzi issue. The bomber class is from1989 and back I think,
