to put a shee axle in the 02 and older you need a shee brake hub,,,the 400ex shock need slight modification

jet kits are a waste of money. go to a dealer or Jets R Us JETSRUS and get a jet for $4

For a shee axle will I need to do any adjusting or anything? Or can I just get my rims, bearring carrier and everything else right on to the shee axle with no problem?

you need to get either an 03+ blaster brake hub or banshee brake hub

yup. back in the day i was trying to re jet my blaster and shops wanted to charge me like 60 bucks for a jet kit...(i think it was like 60 but i dont remember) and i found a place that sold the jets for like 3 bucks

i use taller cause i am pretty tall and i have to lean over the bars when standing on the pegs and after a while my back begins to hurt

yes the 1986 and new honda atc/trx 250r shocks fit and are an amazing upgrade from stock.
