you mean like a trx200D ? if so mine used to do that,make sure you have honda specified oil in there...mine acted like that untill i took out the regular engine oil some jackass AT THE HONDA PLACE filled it up with....Now all is great.

If you came by the quad honestly then dont sweat the vin thing,What since would it make to scrap something that you don't ACTUALLY know is "hot" ? Short of doing a very in depth process of restoring the numbers/then tracing the vin number to that last registered owner there is not much you can...

Whats your jetting like ? And make sure that you vent line out of your gas cap is not plugged,also make sure that the fuel outlet is not slightly clogged.

If i remember correct the holes are to aid in oiling the piston.Your piston should have come with a diagram that said where,and what size drill bit to use.

Yep,i raised mine 2" and i cannot imagine going back to stock ! it certainly makes the quad feel bigger and any blaster rider no's thats a plus.

i need 1 or 2 peaces of 4" diameter 3/8-1/2" thick round plate.I have been looking for it online and cannot find it,does anyone have access to a cnc machine that could cut me a peace,and how much would you charge ?

so i found out today that the headpipe i have is an old dg version that had the sticker for id.My sticker has long since worn off.So my question is,is this pipe any better than stock ? I have heard that DG sucks for pipes how true is this ? Should i ebay it and try to find a different one ?
