If i was you I would leave that piece of metal there and weld it back then use a die grinder to grind you mess off..Ive seen some guys weld holes in pistons and they were fine for how long IDK ? I had a head off a honda 75 (i think) 4stroke dirt bike welded near the vavle and i ground it down...

you might have a bad float also check to make sure it isnt full of gas, if it is you need to replace it or that needle could be bad also.........

Has any body tried to put rear hydro's off a 660 raptor on an older blaster ? are they all about the same ?

looks like a fun place, but dam the permit to ride 50.00 bucks :o ill stick to dorr run (wayne national) 12$ for a day pass and 40$ for a year but you also have to have a state sticker and is only 10$ and is good for 3 years.. still can add up to 50$ but its very close to me,so its worth...
