Recently bought an older blaster...it has a twin piston caliper on the back I need to buy pads for it does anyone know what it is from? It says tokico Japan on it. Thanks in advance

Took off the cylinder and it's perfect as well as the piston and crank...when building the engine I noticed scuffing on the left side casing where the counter weight is...could this be knocking? The cases are replacement cases...the crank is an original with a new rod fitted. Thanks for the help

Any ideas what the noise could be? Crank bearings? Maybe counter weight knocking? Has just had new crank and piston. thanks

This is another blaster I have im based in Ireland. I bought the quad broken. The last owner just had the cylinder rebored and a new piston in until some of the crank/crank bearings broke loose and transfered up into the cylinder and caused the damage to the port. The cylinder is perfect apart...

Because it's not really worth it for me to rebore and a new piston because they are expensive over here and have already got a piston thanks

There's no scors on the barrel it's only oil...the only damage is at the port. If I leave a longer run in period for the rings to seat will this do? Thanks for the help

I got a new piston when I bought the quad so don't want to be spending more money if I don't have to as on a tight budget!

hello just looking for an opinion on this cylinder weather it would be safe to put a piston in? It has damage at the port will this eat the rings and piston alive or would it be safe to use with a good break in? Thanks

Split the cases and gave it all a clean...seems all good but time will tell

There are two vertical groves running from the base of the cylinder to the port and a split nick at the top of the port....i take it this will need a rebore? thanks for all the advise.

So after a full rebuild top and bottom one of the piston circlips came loose and as you would imagined ruined the cylinder and piston. The crank was also seized because of this...after removing the engine bolts and trying to split the two cases the crank came loose again. Am i best off to keep...

hello all my blaster recently blew up and chipped my cylinder. I can get my hands on a dt250 cylinder, head and piston...my question is will this fit on my blaster cases? thanks for any input!

have a rebuilt crank ready to go...ive done a few rebuilds on 2 strokes so i have a rough idea of what to do haha i can get my hands on a dt250 cylinder, head and piston...would this bolt directly onto the blaster cases and would it have much more hp...my original cylinder is chipped
