It runs better with the lid off, I'm gonna throw a 310 jet in and hope it fixes my issue.

I had a bad idle problem and I finally fixed that issue, and I recently change the main jet to a 290. But ever sense then it lost top end power. Maybe I can put the 230 back in there and see what happens. I'll let y'all know how it turns out. I am doing everything I can to get it running...

So I'm have a little problem and I don't know what it could be. If I go more than half throttle, it has a weird bogging noise and doesn't wanna hit the power band. Any idea what it can be? Thanks

The banging idle it has.

It only has a bad idle when I rev it up, but once I put it in gear and let the clutch out some it goes away.

Also when I pull the choke out the quad stalls.

I'm pretty sure it's Chinese, but I still have my old carb but it's dirty as hell, so I didn't put it on.

I Baught a carburetor from eBay and I want to know how to get it to idle normal with my mods. Also what jets come in them stock? If I need to change my pilot or main jet, let me know. My altitude is Pennsylvania! I'm running a toomey b1 with the airbox lid on. Thanks

I took it out for a few hours yesterday but I didn't beat on it. Once I put the right jets in it then I will continue to break it in. I just hope I didn't smoke the rings from running it on smaller jets.

Thanks, my old carb should have the correct jets. I got the quad with the pipe already on it. So hopefully I can change these to the ones that were on the old carb and see what happens..
