Yes like 20 kicks to get it to run for like 5 seconds went and got a set of new boysen power reeds put em in and first couple kicks runs like a champ

Alright guys I have found the problem it is a broken reed I pulled the carb off cleaned it then I stuck my finger in the carb boot felt something sticking out sideways pulled the carb boot off and the reed block out boom broken reed turns out they are all in bad shape I should have put new ones...

I went and bought 3 br8es ngk plugs I'm gonna try and plug chop and see what I've got

Yes new crank seal it must have rolled the lip on the inside when I installed them got it fixed tho but I have and air leak in the bottom of the case somewhere

Had a crank seal bad and ice hit an air leak on the bottom of the case

Did not lap it to the new crank

Thanks on the leak down tester everything went back together pretty easy wasent that hard but I'm thinking its s crank seal yes I used yamabond on the crank case also used ken o'conners you tube videos
