You guys are correct. Airsal said its to play with the desired squish.

The blue gaskets are .5mm and the steel one is 1.5mm. I'm thinking its to adjust compression.

Hi, Is anyone familiar with the airsal 240 kit? I picked one up not to long ago and I'm not sure about the base gaskets. It came with one steel and two green silicone coated gaskets and I'm not sure which one to use. Thanks.

My carb keeps overflowing every now and then. I have cleaned it, set the float, carb kit etc and still acts up. I just figured I would get a new carb and upsize a little. My mods are Toomey pipe, boysen reeds, no lid and k&n filter.

Ok. So my piston has 050 stamped on top. Will this make it a 72.5mm or 73mm? Measuring the piston, it's 71.98 and the bore is 72.14 so I'm not sure what I have.

I gave them a call and he said that the compression will be off along with the head chamber and will run terrible. funny thing my bike runs pretty good so I will be swapping a stock head on to see if it will wake it up any.
