    what should my jetting be?

    Got another set up for you guys. 68 mm piston fmf pipe power core silencer no air box lid and I live in Kansas. It has a 290 in it now. Should I go higher. While we are on here how about pilot jet as well

    Case gasket

    Just did the top end rebuild yesterday with a Wiseco 68mm. Then clutch quit working. Did some searching ended up being the clutch push rod number 2 was mushroom and bent so had to split the case to remove it because it would not slide out like its suppose to.

    I have been reading threads about what gasket to use for in between the cases. Three bond and yamabond have came up. Is there any alternative that I could use because today is Sunday and all local shops are closed. Anything I could use from hardware store or auto parts store?

    Well I'm having some problems win my blaster. My exhaust pipe just blows off the flange in like 6 kicks. I do not have the spring on but should it still blow off like an explosion

    Yes that is correct. It seems like it fills up the bowl and then after that the flow just stops and goes no further. Also by looking at that picture I see where you measure from and to where but what should the distance be.

    Yes it was a typo. I meant 230. I know for sure it needs rejetted. Last night I actually cleaned up all the jets and still nothing today. Ill do a compression check and see where I am at then.

    Also mods are bored .60 over FMF pipe powercore silencer. Main jet is 130. Also when I pulled off the bowl on the carb it was filled with gas so its like it gets to that point and goes no where after that. I will check that as well. What would be the proper way of adjusting the float level.

    I believe I am having a fuel issue. No fuel is passing through the carb or into the motor. I checked this by using a clear fuel line and shut the fuel petcock off. I started with the fuel line full of gas and kicked it over and no fuel leaves the line into the carb. I have pulled the carb and...

    Just to give everyone an update on this problem. I did some part swapping with another blaster and found out the problem was the flywheel. It went bad so just need to order the new one.

    If I am correct the whole stator works off one ground wire so if the lights are getting power then should it be sending power to the CDI

    Alright guys I am having the exact same problem after replacing the whole stator. Again what is happening is that I am getting power to the yellow and red but nothing to the black and red wire going to the cdi. so no power to the spark plug. all help would be appreciated.

    Yea I tried it again with the same result. Still no reading. So I'm going to try and replace this source coil and see if it will run.

    I tried doing the ohm testing on the two wires and the white and red checks out at 19, but I'm having trouble getting the black and red wire to read anything on the multimeter. Would this be source coil. If so would that cause the problem I explained earlier
