wont start.........

right.....so me and my dad rebuilt the engine yesterday......
went out to try start it today and it didnt start
it was really hard to kick
it back fired once or twice
and nearly started a few times.....
wouldent start on a push it was like if the wheels locked up...
its also a cold wet night...if that is of and disadvantage

any ideas???? really need help on this 1....

new plug reed wer only put in about 3 months ago and seized after so like no work done on them... and there is spark.....
it a f*cking headache X( X(

maybee its harder to kick because it has more compression from the rebuild.

i dought its the weather did you make sure you are getting fuel

well i took off the spark plug and it was wet so it was flooded

put a new plug in pull the choke out and kick it with no throttle

but theres already a new plug in :-/.......

there is also good compression and its puffing fumes out of the exhaust wen i kick it.....

whats the compression and what is your jetting

havent tested it (whats normal or good) i just felt the fumes pushing out and felt like good compression... (its also harder than b4 the rebuild to kick)
its stock jetting but a fmf pipe and silencer ( ino that the jet has to be changed buy my mechanic said best break it in with the jetting at wat it was before)

i would not run that bike 1 second without rejeting it or you will be rebuilding it again....270 jet should be fine or a 280

what will the bigger jet do??? i dont fully understand jetting

gives you more fuel you will be way to lean with stock jetting and itll go kaaboooom

it was running before with the stock jet with the exhaust??
would that of caused a seized engine???
