Wont start help

I think its the reed valves but just want to be clear b 4 I tear into it,

1st started off it always starts first kick , always this time it took 3 kicks hummm

rode it for 5 minutes and then my son took it for a ride, he calls me a couple minuts later and saying it just died so we tow it back and i check for spark , check ok, now fuel check ok so i leave till the next day and kick it a few times and wjhile holding it full throtle and some smoke is coming out in the air box, Im thinking reeds but want someone's opion

Sounds like reeds. Could be compression though. Check both and im sure you will find your prob.

havnt checked the compression yet but by the way its kicking over dont think I hav a compression issue, it was fine 4 or 5 hours of riding b 4 when i checked it
was thinking its the reeds by the smoke in the air box
