Won't rev

2003, fmf fatty, K&N Filter, mild port, just rebuilt the top end. It won't rev pass idle, it just bogs. Jetting is at 35 and 290. Kicking compression is 130 and it passed a leakdown with flying colors. Went to a 32.5 didn't change anything. TORS is deleted following the guide on here. Tried another CDI, coil and plug. Any suggestions?

Figured it out, it was the stator

I had a brand new stator in it, I checked every last thing before I finally decided to check it

i think it is all the child safety they went through to allow young ones to play
