Anyone have a good or bad experience with the hot rods or wiseco complete crankshaft rebuild kits? Also does anyone know if the stroker kit bottom end is compatible with a stock bore? I'm trying to decide what brand to get and if I can use a stroker kit without having to get the big bore kit.

avoid the wiseco's, some, maybe all of them are now made in chine with garbage chinese steel

i run a hot rods stock stroke for 3 years now with no problem.

the best bet is to get your factory, japanese crank rebuilt for the less money then an aftermarket crank, here....
Crankshaft rebuilds

you will need to run a cylinder base spacer to run a + stroke crank, and/or get your porting adjusted for it and a head mod

chicken kung pow..........

or this..........I:I

I'll just stick with a stock stroke if I have to do all that work...I think for the price of a rebuild I'll just buy a new bottom end kit. The only thing I'm worried about is the flywheel end of the crank looks stripped and I don't know if the engine itself is seized yet so I'll know more when my tools come in and I start the tear down.
