So far it looks good for the stock carb.
Get a head mod and some porting and maybe you could use more.

These Blasters just don't turn the rpm to need a 30-34mm carb, especially with stock head.
You can make 35hp (same as a Banshee) on the stock carb. Last of your worries.

On my carb no matter how I jet it still runs lean. Me and my uncle came to the conclusion that the carb big enough. So we are looking for a carb that would be a good size we plan on working on some more.

I'm on board too with the stock carb. none of your mods warrant a bigger carb.

has it been leakdown tested ?
might be an airleak preventing you from jetting it.

what jets are you running, and what makes you think it's running lean ?

carb spotless clean ?

float height correct ?

airscrew/pilot jet tuned ? the stock 32.5 pilot airscrew @ 1.5 turns out to start

middle clip position on the needle ?

are you doing plug chops for the main jet ?

Wrong conclusion. Any size carb can be jetted up to be rich.
If it is constantly lean you must have an air leak somewhere.
Read AWK08's words very carefully.

I'm running a ported stock cyl and Fat Bastard pipe with stock carb. It's already peaky enough (and fast enough) for my old azz. Doubt if I'll ever try a bigger carb, unless it's free :D
