does it work to convert a blaster to radiator/ water cooled

One can get a water cooled head, but I feel a bit of an overkill.

You can put certain year DT200 cylinders and head onto a blaster bottom end. IMO more hassle/cost than its worth.

Whats wrong with air cooled? Air cooled engines have been around a very long time. A blaster engine about 25 years. just keep moving

Those little things coming from the crankcase cover those are for a water cooling system right?

Yes, the blaster bottom end shares its roots with the dt200.. They are basically identical other than a few minor things...
