two quick questions

ok im going to get that blaster ive been talking about and wanted to know if i need a new carb its bored 68mm and i think its a stock carb can i jet up or do i need a new carb and the other thing was ive seen it seems like aluminum fins in front of the motors im thinking that they direct air into the motor and would like to know what there called thanks guys

don't need a new carb, stocker should be fine, could proly use some jetting adjustments tho, the fins are there to direct air to the engine to cool it since its not liquid cooled

you dont need to get a new carb, just make sure its jetted right, and those fins arent needed but help...some ppl run them, some dont..your choice..

yes, they are called "air scoops", and yeah project blaster and cfm sell them, but most guys just make their own, search on here for them, theres a "diy" somewhere
