ok so i was out riding last week when my blaster just cut out and died. i changed the plug and it fired rite back up and ran fine for another 5 minutes or so. it was running fine with plenty of power... so i assumed it was just a fouled plug. it did the same thing again and continues to do so, but when its running it runs strong with plenty of power, any help would be appreciated

Bored .020" oversize, a replacement hot rods crank, reeds, and "stuff" probably won't affect the jetting but a pipe, filter, and the airbox lid removed will... who did the jetting? you?

How'd your plug chops look before?

It's possible that you have water in your gasoline. The pilot jet sits about 1/2" higher than the main in the float bowl so it will idle and take off fine but as soon as it start sucking down water, it bogs out.

It's also possible you have worn rings or a gouged piston causing low compression.
