tricks taking off spindles

What are some tricks to get your spindles off I have had a hella time and still got one lower A-Arm bolt in the spindle that just wont come out!

Take a BMFH (Big Muttha Flocking Hammer), smack the spindle from the side right where the stud goes into spindle. This also works for tie rods.

I put a folding jack in between the a arms and cranked some pressor on it. A good hit with a hammer and they popped out.

yip, no easy way. I modded a auto ball joint puller which seems to work most of the time. just remember to keep a dummy nut on the ball joint thread so you dont mess them up.

If they turn when you trying to get the nut to turn, try using a G clamp and clamp down on the top of the thread and under the ball joint. this stops them rotating so you turn the nut

I hit the side of the spindle. I never hammer on the joint itself.

yep , soak it with pb blaster , and whack the spindle on the side where the joint goes through and it will pop out . Ive used a exhaust manifold spreader to put tension on the a arms before then whack it on the spindle and POP , out she comes . good luck
