i have heard from a few blaster owners that when they removed the tors on their bike it started to act up...i.e. shut off for no reason and other things. is removing the tors better for a built machine or just let it be?

remove it, but do it right, dont just unplug sh*t, get a kit, and take everything off all wiring, brain, and that big stupid thing on the carb(the kit gives you a regular cap and new idle screw), you wont have any problems, i think mine runs better

I bet it does! lol. The thing is known for air leaks! I'm so getting a kit cause it takes up valuable space!
