torque sequence 2001 blaster

Can anyone tell me the torque sequence for the head? Like the order of which nuts to tighten

tighten in a star sequence,
and incrementally, which means all to finger tight, then 1/2 way, then again to the final 20ft. lbs.

I prefer to nip them from finger tight to 10, then 15 and finally to 20 ft lbs
