Too Small Pilot jet?????

Hi guys so i picked up a 2002 semi project blaster today and it has a Full Vitos Mx port and polish, boysen reeds and lid removed. i took it up the road and at low speed it seems real boggy but towards 3rd gear the bogginess fades away. He just got the motor back from vitos and is rock solid.

Anyway it has 340 main jet, and a 30 pilot jet???? why did they move down a pilot jet size???? and would this make it boggy in low gears

stock 32.5 pilot, on any but the largest cc motors running a stock carb
best bet with the work you claim ( i didnt know vito's did porting ????)
is a larger carb
