We started this build for my 7 year old grandson back in August. The shop got crazy so we put it off to the back burner. We burnt the midnight oil and finished it today just in time for Christmas. This little boy is going to lose his mind on Christmas morning. This is a 1988 Blaster and it's bone stock with the exception of nurf bars, some stainless steel engine bolts, and a grab bar. He's only seven so no porting or special stuff. I figured We'll let him grow into it. I posted in the in need of section of this forum for some missing parts and the members come through. You guys are the best!! Thanks to you, we're done. This quad is like brand new. We changed every bearing, seal, bushing, cleaned, sand blasted and painted
every part on this quad. The engine was fitted with a Wiseco piston, new mains, Vitos rod, oil block off and SS bolt kit. I can't thank you guys enough for helping me make this happen! Here's some pics of the final product.
