starting problems after carb cleaning

Hi guys I'am new to your site, and was hoping I might be able to get some help on a blaster Im working on. Ok here is the story have a 03 blaster was running fine 2 weeks ago noticed fuel coming out of the vent tubes so I figured the float was stuck, took the carb off cleaned it no more fuel leak now the bike wont start though, also when you first try to kick it after the carb has been off its real hard to kick then it losens up after awhile. Checked voltage out of theplug boot and have power although I could never see a spark on the plug when I tested the plug, also pulled plug after a few kicks and had a wet plug. kinda stuck any insight would be greatly apperciated.

sounds like a TORS issue maybe when u took the carb off u losened a wire up wet plug means no spark or not enough to ingnite..check ur tors out man

a wet plug usually indicates using the choke to much
