Sounds like it's choked,when it isnt?

Need some help my blaster was doing this after i took the choke off this moring when i started it,any tips or suggestion? Need help ASAP! Thanks

TORS problem. Check the emergency brake and see if that is stuck because that will mess it up, if it is there's an easy fix... but if that isn't the problem I'd think you have to take the whole TORS out. Get a second opinion first but it's what it sounds like to me.
