Sounds like it's choked,when it isnt?

Need some help my blaster was doing this after i took the choke off this moring when i started it,any tips or suggestion? Need help ASAP! Thanks.

What its doing is that like i was riden it like for 10 minutes and i strted to speed up,and i notice that it was smoking bad from the silencer,and wasnt going to fast either. and when i went up a hill it felt like i had the choke on,and i went to turn it off,and it was already off.

did you check the basics listed above............

plug fouled, reeds ok, getting fuel to the carb, getting spark, has compression ??????

and what year ?????

Yes i did,it was the plug was loose,and its an 2003,and thanks!
