rough runnin

so, my 96 blaster is starting really rough. runs for 3 seconds, then dies...feel like its coughin too... this sound like it has too much gas?

probably too rich, try leaning out your pilot screw. otherwise clean carb thouroughly and inspect your reeds for chips etc. but clean your carb out anyway!

yeah, clean the carb very good and use compressed air to blow any gunk of the the carb before u put it back on...also check the reeds for cracks because i learned the hard way by them breaking off and going into the motor which sucked
