Rear carrier bolts

Ok i just went to bolt up the banshees rear carrier and it seems i have a problem.

The rear carrier bolts are too short.I bought OEM yamaha bolts.I looked at the diagram on the dealerships site and i have the right bolts but theyre like 1/2 in too short what am i missing here?

Do these thread into the carriers housing?I ask this because it looks like there was threads at one time in there and that would make sense why they are flush instead of protruding through.

Im stumped ive tried every possible way itll bolt up and still theyre too short.Pics of one setup and installed would help.

are you bolting a banshee carrier to a blaster swingarm?? if so, your blaster bolts will be too short. They should have a nut on the end.

If you could explain your application more it may help
