pleease help

i have a 06 blaster head light is not working please help

Check bulb, Is the taillight working?, Check for cut/unhooked wires.

i dont have a tail light and i tooh the light out and hooked it up to a booster and it turned on

Did it work before? If it did, was anything changed/removed/modified?

Have a multimeter? Check the voltage from the voltage regulator.
Circled in red below.

Well if the voltage coming out of the regulator is out of the normal range, it should be replaced. If it is putting out the right voltage you should check the voltage coming from the light switch on the handlebars.

I'll be out for a while, but I'll check back in later.

i fixed it and it as all wroung well the ires i had to re do them it like the dum ass who sold me the bike was just pluging wires anywhere
