im doing a rebuild on my lil bro's 91 blaster.his plastics are horriable colors and i want to paint. what is the most effective way to do so ? plz help

Its all in the prep work. Sand down with a fine grit sandpaper. Spray on plastic adhesion promoter. Spray 2-3 coats on with krylon fusion for plastics. Then do a coat or two of clearcoat
