I'm looking at the RDZ override trans ,, how do they work? And is it worth it ?? Also is there any tips on installing it? Thanks!

Presume you're wanting to shift at full throttle without the clutch ?

Leastwise with a Banshee they cut the engagement dogs on the gears, some modify the drum also. Plus springs are added to help force things along.

Drawback is that you can't backload the trans. You have to pull clutch in at end of run, no engine braking. Look into getting a ceramic ball for the clutch, I don't think there are pancake bearings available.

Yes it is worth every penny if you want to get faster times. Me personally I would order a lock up from Rdz and get brad Tyson to cut your tranny. You will still need to modify your clutch cover or buy one for redicoulous amounts of money from Rdz.
