one easy way to ruin a piston

i am fairly experienced with working on stuff but just never had a blaster before this one so i am experimenting to see what suits me best and what helps. i have had 4 strokes all my life and got a cr125 about 2 years ago and the blaster about 3 years ago.

I agree way too much clearance for just being the debris it had to be pretty far out of spec before it went together

I rebuilt a ds80 about 2 years ago. It was a fun little bike. Had to remove the cylinder to take the reed petals out.

yeah man, did you measure piston to wall clearance after the hone?
