IBe never had a quad befor and I justs bought a 03 blaster wat oil should I use in the gear box? Also how much do I put in

Meaning the transmission like you said and not the oil pre mix tank. Use 10w30 or Atf4 transmission oil. Make sure any oil that you put in does NOT have friction modifiers. Right near the fill cap it says use 650ml. So drain it all out then add.

Negative do not use a standard 10w30 motor oil!
You need one designed for wet clutches such as a 4 stroke motorcycle engine oil like this.

I'm not saying 10w-30 is an incorrect viscosity what i meant is if your going to us a 10w-30 engine oil make sure it is safe for wet clutches.
That's why if i run a 10w-30 oil in the trans of a 2-stroke i always use a 4 stroke motorcycle/atv engine oil because i know they are safe for the clutches.

if you have a atv shop close by perhaps try them for correct oil.
the manual says 10w30w of correct type.
