i have some oil leaking from the where the exhaust flange meets the cylinder and was wondering how best to stop it... i have the litte round exhaust gasket in place, but still seems to be leaking... i was thinking of just putting some permatex #2 gasket sealer on the flange and then putting it back on the cylinder and let it cure overnight... what do you guys think?

They sell exhaust Orings, that should help a ton if it is replaced. I think its gunna leak a little no matter what though unless you use sealer.

Just o-ring it with some new 80-90mm springs and you should be set to go after you use that sealer. my kx125 is a drooler to out the shorty pipe every time I ride it for a while or if it's smoking I like to call it a smoking gun
