New guy needs help fast

I just bought a 2003 blaster. I wanna try to get it running and give it to my son for Christmas. It is blown up at the moment. I was told it has a Vito 240 kit in it. The top end is off. It has the blue or purple needle her in it. What I would like to do is get a stock bore 200cc cylinder kit for it and put it back together. How do I find out if I have the stroker crank in it or not? He said the crank was changed. There is no spacer. On the left side of rod says 430. Right side of rod says S.

Rod has nothing to do with the stroke. If it's a vitoViit will have blue stuffer blocks. If it doesn't have a spacer the head would have to have a 1.5 or 2mm deep cut the diameter of the piston .

I would fix the 240.
DO NOT buy a cheap cylinder kit on egay/Amazon. VERY poor quality, many, many problems.

Might be able to swap the 240 for stock cylinder. I know idI be interested.
