Need some help ASAP

My buddies blaster has great compression tors and oil injection removed but when you start it it only stays running if you have it pinned and it just stays at a steady bog and right before it runs out of gas it runs fine for like 30sec I think it's the carb but any ideas?

if 03+ parking brake switch disconnected ?
just unplug it at the brake lever


good fuel flow to carb ?
unscrew fuel cap while running to eliminate a vapor lock due to pinched/blocked vent hose or bad cap

Yea has good fuel flow and it's a 00 we just unplugged it and then crossed the wires

The wires should not be crossed on a 00.
