Ok first I will say hello everyone, new to the site but not to forums. I traded a guy for a blaster and want to try and get this bike cleaned up and working. It has good compression but no spark.
First things first I want to go through the harness. It's been cut and had butt connectors crimped on. First thing I would like to do is eliminate that by soldering and heat shrink.
Second I want to eliminate what I don't need. I done want TORS, tail light, parking brake light, oil light and whatever I'm leaving out. I don't even have a headlight but would like to keep that wire just in case, but that's it.
I have seen diagrams and post for wiring removal but nobody says a year and I hear early harnesses are different then 01-02 which are different then 03+.
Keeping what I want above, which wire do I delete? Thanks guys
