Mikuni TM 35mm ported stock bore

I am having need to know where to start on the jet size. It wont start at this point.

YES this a custom built yfz hybrid.

Ported Raised the ex port 1mm
Hemi squish band head

180psi compression

machined flywheel and counterbalancer

FMF pipe

has weak powerband

Need to know more about your mods like what air filter, open air box, pre mix ratio.

Firstly leak test to see if engine is air tight.

FMF calls for a #260 main jet.

Aftermarket air filter 1 or 2 sizes bigger.

Open air box 2 more bigger.

32:1 premix one more size up.

Elevation, temperature and humidity also come into the equasion.

Plug chop to confirm.

thats for a stock 26mm carb.
he's asking for 35mm mikuni carb jetting.
only 1 person i know of who may have posted any info of his experience with that carb..... braaptor.
i'll go see what i can find

yfz frame or engine ?
blaster engine in yfz frame ?
 
Deffinately a blaster frame and motor. Only thing I see yfz is shocks,possibly nerfs, possibly a-arms? Looks like a nice gusset job on the frame.

when i saw "yfz hybrid", i figured he wasn't even talking about the bike in the pic, cause there's nothing hybrid about it :)
 
Doesnt look like a blaster swingarm..plus the rear shock goes straight up n not on a angle.. did you cut those nerfs to make work? I can see where it was welded back together..someone did a nice job adding all those gusset to the frame.. the blue frame is different. .I like it with the white

Maybe I shouldnt have said blue..more aqua or teal or whatever its called
 
wow 180psi on a stock cylinder ported and modded head?? i dont want to throw ken oconnors name around but i can tell you this he told me on the phone that 160psi on blaster seems to be its optimul limit.of course im confused on the whole story so far need more info.:)

Optimal limit period or for just running pump fuel? Idk but my ct cylinder apparently loved to be at 182psi but i run pump fuel so he built it for that..
 
yeah i just wanted his input on the compression,what cylinder he got or whatever and if he is running race gas,i know the drag blasters are way up there,my mistake i prob did mean pump gas.be gentel.lol
 
I fabbed the swinger its all YFZ Axle, hub, brake, shock (relocated the mount)

100 octane Fuel runs ok on 94 as well.

I did the cylinder myself.

my bad on the double pics. so yes this is a hybrid it has complete yfz450 suspension and nerfs lol.

I raced It at earlywines indoor mx vintage race and loved it! shocks will need dialed too stiff.

but it needs to be a little stronger hoping this carb will bring it to life.

wow that's a lot of psi I cant seem to get my bike over 155 and that was freshly rebuilt it has avreged out at 130
