Metal chunks came out of my exhaust??!!!

I got my 94 blaster running and I revved it up and metal came out of the exhaust but it still runs?

Any pics?? My guess is the silencer is rusted inside and breaking up. If it was anything from inside the engine it should be making noise or vibrating horribly.
