Got bored stumbled upon a rear caliper from an old banshee I had. A rear master cylinder from my old rm250 and a gio bike rear brake hose. Built a mounting plate out of 3/8 mild steel. Bolted it to the carrier and parking brake spot on caliper....with some cardboard and gasket maker it sealed the parking brake part just fine. Welded a tab on the back of the factory brake pedal and a tab on the frame to mount the master cylinder.

all in all price was right....some tinker time and works as it should...almost.....need to remove the limiter for up travel for the rear lever just for a little bit more piston stroke. Always have to give a second pump to make it lock the rear wheels....hopefully that will solve it.

keepin an eye open for a better rear hose. The gio one is to hard and i no will break soon

nice fabbin !

eeeewwwwww.....I still see snow in your rear rim :(
