I have oil coming out of my bottom end. it is coming out on the shifter side where the block meets what I think is the stator cover??? Not really sure. It looks like a place where a gasket would be but the more I read I think what everyone is saying there is no gasket there. Is this correct? Is this an easy DIY fix?

Check the screws under the stator that hold the case halves together & make sure they are tight...I had a left side oil leak & thought it was the seal to end up discovering that it was a screw loose while doing a leakdown test! There is no gasket between the cases, just a gasket sealer which is usually yamabond so if you dont have a leakdown tester get 1 from holeshotman or build your own from phragles thread like i did & you can chase down every single leak & eliminate it!
