i know this doesn't count but i put a ktm 300 exc motor in my quadsport 230 chassis...sh*t flat flys....

now thats not very nice.....lol.....did u have this idea? sh*t i half ass built this 2 years ago...its at my uncles house in his pole barn collecting dust
ya if u look i had to make another kick starter, i cut it down and machined smaller with a piece of aluminum...it worked out pretty good...this pic is just before i put the motor in the chassis....and if u notice i was able to us the full exhaust to and didnt have to modify anything I:I

Brutal power, lots of spin or wheelies. I don't think a DR650 motor would equal the explosive power of a KTM 2 stroke.

Man that is bad ass. But I hate to see a good ktm get cut up for a quad. Really hoping that the bikes frame was bent up or somthing.
That is totally wicked. I'm doing the same engine from my fully functional bike but into the blaster. (don't worry guys i'll keep it in case I change my mind.) Hopefully I don't need and major mods myself. Nice job for sure, i'll post pics of progress.
