Kick start is hard to push down

I got my blaster from someone and it started perfectly then my friend rode it then I rode it and it cut out and wouldn't turn over it would clutch start but wouldn't turn over so I thought it was the spark but that wasn't it so I just let it sit for a week then tried to kick start and now it's hard to go down and just doesn't sound like it's even trying to start and made a hissing noise please help me figure out what's wrong

Sounds very much like you have been caught by the old air leak problem, and the piston has become part of the cylinder.

if your kicker is stuck, you have problems. pull off the head and check!

But I don't understand how it just messed up like that when it wasn't even touched when I put it away I could kick it now I can't

Can you check if your autolube system is connected from the tank at the reaer onto the carb on the RHS? if it is not, did you premix the gas with 2t oil? Sounds like it ran dry....

Was the fuel left turned on and the carb overflowed into the crankcase, that will not allow the kicker to not go down.
