Jetting

I have a vitas 240 big bore kit and I am having a problem with the jetting I have an aftermarket filter with no lid and a stock carb any body now what I should run I have the jet kit that came with the vitos kit and it doesnt work so I put a dyne jet 360 main jet in and the pilot in and it still bogs down at full throttle please help

To add to this my bike starts up very easily and idles fine and revs in neutral fine but when I gear it has a slight bog then when I try to get on it it really bogs in higher gears like it's not getting fuel

Stock carb is too small for a 240 kit. It kills top end. As far as fuel.......if it feels lean, it might be on the main being too small, but it's hard telling since I don't know anybody running the stock car with a 240 so I don't know where to start.. Make sure the carb is clean and the main jet and main jet slot is clean.

Also try pulling the choke half out and see if it helps or hurts.
