I ordered from them once. I had the wrong address on my paypal at the time. They sent it to that wrong address, I e-mailed them explaining it. They sent the package to me after they got it back. Worked out fine for me

i hate jets r us, way overpriced and confusing. rocky mountain atv is the best period.
