The YZ 250 motor swap is cool but at this time I want stick with the Blaster motor.
Ummm....ok, never said anything about your motor im just saying in general about hybrids, there's other things swapped from other quads that make it a hybrid too not just a motor swap

still a blaster cylinder isnt it?? then why wouldnt it be a blaster still??
uhhh yeah because the shocks and brakes sure as hell didnt win the race. open your eyes, if you put a non blaster motor in a blaster then yeah it may look like a blaster but its not the 200cc engine that makes a blaster a blaster. i think i will start a poll just for giggles lol

I was thinking of a poll to but it seems people are quick to jump on me over an opinion. I'll vote.
It is just my opinion, but any part that you can just "bolt on" does not disqualify the bike from being stock (based). it's when you start hacking and welding on the frame to make something fit or work, that it becomes a hybrid.

really it isn't a yamaha blaster's cylinder. it is a CT cylinder made to fit onto a blaster.
shocks can help you win a race.
I aint getting pissy about im just stating my opinion so don't go and cry about it noober. Don't get mad because I put my pennies in there. He'll I guess if I throw a Blaster motor in my yfz frame I still got a blaster huh, because that's what your saying just as long as its a blaster motor no matter what suspension its still a blaster.

WOW ! This is getting out of hand. I stand by my statement . I feel it's not a true Blaster if you swap the motor. That's my opinion and you can have your own. I'm not saying I would not like them or vote for them. There is no rules that have been set for this. You can cry, biotch and debate it all you want but that's how I feel about it.
Mine is a true blaster so there is at least one True Blaster in this contest.

I'm just yankin your chain here. I don't care either way. I like to see peps get passionate about their bikes and as long as it resembles the looks on the outside, I don't really care what's under the hood.
I didn't ask anyone to agree. I have the rite to make as many rules as I want for my voting . I'm in no way putting you Blaster down. I think your swap is very cool. I still think a Swap takes a Blaster to whole other level.

Come on guys, who hasn't upgraded their tires and im speaking on an engine basis as being a True Blaster. Why would any one buy a stock air filter anyway? In my opinion, if its got anything other than a Blaster Engine it dosn't count.
