Thats why I got a chubby GF, she adds weight to the rear end and can pull me backward of the snow bank! so yeah its doable!

Bumper mount the business end of a snow blower to the quad, motor and blades and the wheels. use paddle tires or chains, that would probably work just fine, the snow blower itself moves the snow, your quad would just be pushing that, it would be some work but not a bad idea for a rich bored person to try, matter of fact if monster garage was still on that would be a good submission for a build!
although, a 4 stroke engine would be a much better choice for that.
