intake boot

anyone know where i can get a intake boot to fit a 38mm carb for the blaster

You can get the Pro-Design, or any other billet one that uses the Mikuni style boots, and replace the boot with the right one for your carb. Anyone who is a Mikuni dealer should be able to get you the intake flange you're looking for. I can do some checking for you if you'd like.
