If I were you, I would check your Ebrake switch where the clutch is

yea now turn both screws all the way in,then back them out the same either 1 full turn or 1 and 1/2 or 2,see how it runs all three ways.

DUDE I don't want to be a dick but that pic he has there is not the AIR SCREW....

ok never mind i just fixed it holy crap am i happy dude it was the clutch e brake thing some how it got outta place i guess the bolt moved or something and it moved it but hey atleast i cleaned my carb hahaI:I

Check your parking brake switch. Just unhook that crap, sounds like the safety switch problem, if it's even still on there.

There is your air screw, just to the left of the carb boot. The little brass bolt with the regular screwdriver slit in it.

the brass one is air and the big metal one is gas....obviously my bad
