I need a start to my jetting !!!!!!!!!!!!! Tooomey Pipe

I have a stock blaster and I want my jetting to be perfect for my oncoming mods.
I run at sea level, 40:1 ratio, with a k&n filter with the air box lid closed. Stock

After mods.
I will have a toomey pipe
would want to run 32:1 fuel (premixed)
open airbox with K&N filter

I have a simple understanding about plug chops but i would like some advice on where i should start with my jetting. PLEASE HELP

First off I would suggest a foam filter over the K&N . (Then re-read you have a K&N already)
Little searching I did shows a 310 with Uni filter. Didn't see anything about the lid.
Therefore I would start at 330 and work your way down with plug chop/read.

Where would i get all these main jet sizes? if I want a 310 main jet where do i get one?????
